This is the first installment of the ways Cardinal Mobile is a value added distributor.
Let’s say that you have to buy a computer, software, printer and you need technical support, too. What do you do? Where do you go?
Rather than going to several different places for all of the above, you only have to go to one location. You only have to know one phone number. Sometimes it means just giving your name instead of name, account number and then verify the account with the last four digits of your social security and blood type. Okay, I exaggerate. But you get my meaning.
One of the ways that Cardinal Mobile is a Value Added Distributor is through the partnership with Buddy Automotive Innovations (Buddy AI).
For the last five years, Cardinal Mobile has had a close partnership with Buddy AI. Mike Lambert, the owner of Buddy AI, developed his software for auto recyclers and wreckers. Cardinal Mobile sells the rugged mobile handheld computers that have been tested and approved to go with the Buddy AI software.
A customer calls Cardinal to buy the rugged handheld computer. Cardinal knows what is needed for each handheld so the customer has everything they need to get going. Everything is shipped to the customer at one time in one package.
All the customer has to do is put the battery in, plug in a cable and download the software to their rugged mobile handheld computer.
Cardinal Mobile has a rugged mobile handheld computer for a variety of needs and price ranges.
